Sandeep Phadke is the CEO of Cybermedia Software Private Limited. He has over 18 years of experience managing and coordinating offshore operations for US-based and international companies.
Sandeep has run successful offshore operations, specializing in consulting services in the security and networking areas. He has been General Manager of Ensim India - Ensim Corporation's India center, where he guided the company's engineering efforts, concentrating on the development of its Windows-based products. Previously, he co-founded Software Exports Private Limited, where he was CEO and General Manager. He led the engineering team in developing its storage management products. His earlier work experience includes Advanced Computing Systems Company, as a UNIX developer.
Sandeep holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.S. in Electrical Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He’s also a co-author of the acclaimed technology book Undocumented Windows NT®.
